Laura Premi is a senior litigation associate at Glaser Weil who practices all areas of business litigation. Since joining the firm in 2000, Ms. Premi has handled a variety of matters including entertainment, employment and contract disputes. Ms. Premi successfully obtained a dismissal of a case for a film production company by filing an anti-SLAPP motion on first amendment grounds. In addition, Ms. Premi participated in a jury trial, which resulted in a complete defense verdict for the client.

Ms. Premi received her law degree from the University of Southern California in 2000. While at USC, Ms. Premi was a member of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and was awarded a summer grant from USC's Public Interest Law Foundation. Ms. Premi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ms. Premi is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the California State Courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
