Andrew Baum was born in Hollywood, California, in 1971.  He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego, in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 1997.  Under the California State Bar's Certified Law Students program, Andrew tried, and won, more than 20 civil cases before he graduated from law school.  He joined the Firm as an associate in September 1997 and became a partner in 2005.

Andrew has a diverse litigation practice, which includes a wide variety of business, employment, securities and civil rights defense matters.  His recent matters include partnership disputes, consumer and class action litigation, construction defect and construction close out matters as well as both litigation and administrative matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Andrew is licensed to practice in both California and Nevada, and litigates in both state and federal courts.  Andrew has been named by Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" among California attorneys in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009.

Andrew lives in Brentwood with his wife and three children.
