Mission Statement

My mission is to deliver quality legal representation specialized in the family law arena for a competitively reasonable price. My goal is to zealously represent my clients, while protecting the children whose parents are going through divorce or custody litigation.

I choose to limit my practice to the following areas of law: uncontested and litigated divorce; paternity cases (where the parties have children but were never married); post-judgment modifications of child support; post-judgment modifications of child custody and visitation; representation of domestic violence victims and civil defense of domestic violence cases.

Divorce is not easy, but it doesn't have to be tragic. My approach is to have a personalized attorney-client relationship, based upon the client's individual needs. I strive to be the voice of reason during a highly emotional time, and I work hard to settle matters without litigation whenever possible. I am constantly striving to maintain a current understanding of the newest applications of case law and technology as they apply to my client's cases.

If litigation is unavoidable, I zealously and diligently advocate for my client's case, keeping in mind what is best for the children in each case. I am committed to serving my client's needs in a thorough professional manner. I make every effort to return phone calls promptly, and to keep my clients informed at every stage of their case.
