Seid served as chairperson for the American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA) Santa Clara Valley Chapter and is a frequent speaker for AILA's many local, regional and national conferences. Ms. Seid has a long standing relationship with the US Citizenship & Immigration Service (US CIS) and is currently serving as an AILA liaison with the US CIS California Service Center. In addition, she is serving a second term as a member of AILA's National Adminstrative Appeals Office (AAO) Liaison Committee and was the local AILA Liaison to the U.S. Department of Labor, Region VI.
