Law Firm Overview

My practice is focused primarily in the area of Family Law. This allows me to serve my clients effectively and efficiently. I practice in a small, family-based practice. My wife is the officer manager and assistant. We pride ourselves on offering personalized service to each of our clients. We understand that when a problem arises within your family that can impact every other aspect of your lives. It is our goal to make the legal process as pain free as possible.

In addition to being a well-respected trial attorney, I am also a skilled negotiator and licensed mediator. I have served as a mediator to dozens of families who wished to resolve their problems without going through the pain and expense of litigation.

I graduated cum laude from Texas A & M University in 1991 with a degree in Political Science and then received my J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1996. I am licensed to practice law in state and federal court in Texas. I am a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Corpus Christi Bar Association, the Corpus Christi Family Law Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Association of Trial Lawyers.
