Mr. Mansouri is an experienced trial lawyer with a particular emphasis in family law and civil litigation matters. As a family lawyer, he has represented a wide range of individuals and represented clients in nearly every type of situation, including complex divorces, custody disputes and contentious move-away proceedings, contempt actions, and restraining order/civil harassment proceedings. Mr. Mansouri is also an experienced advocate in the courtroom, having taken hundreds of divorce and paternity cases to trial.

A compassionate advocate of families and children, Mr. Mansouri emphasizes co-parenting and settlement whenever possible, while at the same time aggressively pursuing his client's objectives. If custody is an issue, Mr. Mansouri emphasizes co-parenting and makes every effort to ensure that the children remain isolated from the custody litigation.

Mr. Mansouri also has extensive experience handling personal injury, construction defect and other civil litigation matters. As a personal injury lawyer, Mr. Mansouri has represented hundreds of injured individuals and is well versed in all aspects of the litigation process and has taken complex personal injury cases to jury trial.

Mr. Mansouri obtained his undergraduate Political Science degree from University of California Los Angeles. He received his law degree from the University of Southern California, where he was associate editor of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. While at USC, Pedram participated in the USC Post-Conviction Justice Project, an innovative and unique clinical program that gave law students the opportunity to represent incarcerated women who were imprisoned for killing their abusers. In 2001, Mr. Mansouri represented and secured the release of Rose Ann Parker from the California Institute for Women (CIW) in Chino, California, the first time that former Governor Gray Davis granted parole to a state inmate serving a life sentence for murder.

Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Mansouri was an associate attorney at a large litigation firm in Downtown Los Angeles.

Mr. Mansouri resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Lisa, who is also a lawyer, and their son.
