Hamilton Law Firm is an experienced, highly-successful full-service trial practice. One of the oldest family-owned law firms in the State of Iowa, we have a rich legal tradition dating back to 1876.

With offices in Storm Lake, Des Moines and Sioux City, Hamilton Law Firm serves clients in Iowa, Nebraska and the federal court system. Our attorneys provide legal counsel and advice in a broad range of cases to individuals, corporations, insurance companies, utilities, and banking institutions.

Hamilton Law Firm does both plaintiff and defense work. The members believe that doing both gives the firm additional flexibility and perspective that is lacking in a practice exclusively for plaintiffs or defendants.
