WADE P. LUTHER received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a major in business finance from the University of Central Florida in 1994. In 1998, he graduated from the George Mason University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Luther practiced in the Washington, D.C./Virginia area from 1998 through 2003. His practice included a variety of civil litigation and business litigation issues, as well as family law cases often involving significant assets and complex business valuations. Mr. Luther has significant experience in trial courts and has been lead counsel in appellate court cases. His experience also includes presenting cases during binding and non-binding arbitration and negotiating settlements through mediation. Mr. Luther also served as a mediator to resolve litigants' issues prior to motions day in Circuit Court.
