Law Firm Overview

Patricia Johnson began her law practice in Contra Costa County, California, in 1986 in the area of bankruptcy law. She relocated to Redding in 1998.  In Redding she practiced law with the Senior Advocacy Center from 2001-2003, a non-profit group that provides free legal assistance for seniors.  While there she assisted clients in the areas of debt counseling, landlord-tenant problems, especially in mobile home parks, consumer protection, guardianships, MediCal estate recovery and wills.  She began her current private practice during that time.

She now limits her practice to Bankruptcy law and Social Security disabililty. The office has a sliding fee scale for bankruptcy clients. She belongs to, and attends conferences put on by the National Associatioon of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum, National Organization of Social Security Representatives, and National Association of Disability Representatives.

Under the new bankruptcy law I am required to state the followiing: I am proud to be a debt relief agency. I help people file for relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
