Jack's law practice emphasizes Elder Law, Guardianships and Asset Management for long-term health care, and traditional Estate Planning such as Last Will and Testaments, Trusts and Trust alternatives, Probate and contested guardianship, probate and trust litigation. Jack has also recently undertaken several cases litigating against Elder Abuse and Exploitation.

Jack is licensed to practice in Nevada and Arizona.

Jack graduated from the University of Utah College of Law in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1987. His professional experience includes service as a Deputy County Attorney in Yavapai County, Arizona; as Staff Attorney with the Senior Citizens Law Project in Las Vegas; judicial appointment as Guardianship Commissioner, Domestic Discovery Commissioner, and Domestic Violence Commissioner for the Eighth Judicial District Court in Las Vegas; a current judicial appointment as Justice of the Peace Pro Tem in Clark County; and many years of private practice.

Jack has been a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys since 1989, received accreditation as "Certified Elder Law Attorney" in July, 2002, serves as a member of the Elder Law Section of the Nevada State Bar, and is committed to the assistance and care of Nevada seniors and their families.
