As the Broward ACLU President, Mr. Butin has appeared on Today Show, MSNBC, Fox News Channel and on local news commenting on civil liberties issues.

Law Office in Fort Lauderdale concentrating in Criminal Law. I will handle cases all over the State of Florida including State and Federal Court. My representation would include all trial work for all misdemeanors and all felonies (violent offenses, drug offenses and sex offenses) This would also include Driving under the Influence (DUI), Administrative License Suspensions, Criminal traffic (suspended licenses) and juvenile cases. I also defend violation of probation hearings and bond hearings and domestic violence cases. I also do record sealings and expunctions. I will get involved pre-arrest and post-arrest in order to try to prevent charges from being filed.
