My experience with the Law Office of Jeff D. Hoffman was very positive. Both Mr. Hoffman and his staff were professional and courteous at all times. They were attentive and responsive to my inquiries and explained in a clear and concise manner the entire process and the prospective outcome. Mr. Hoffman always returned my phone calls promptly and provided good advise. Even after the conclusion of my case, his staff did not hesitate to take my phone calls or to refer my questions to Mr. Hoffman who responded if he was available or called me back at his earliest opportunity. The service provided was of high quality and I enjoyed working with Mr. Hoffman and his staff.
Jeff was a pleasure to work with. For those of you who have found yourself in difficult times. Avoiding the phone calls and avoiding opening mail, which consisting of debt collectors or debt counselors trying to assist you in handling your financial situation. The more research I did the more stressed I became and the less sleep I got. My spouse and I finally decided it would be wise for us to see an Attorney. Now the next question was who can we trust since we had a bad experience earlier in the year. Turned out to be Jeff D Hoffman, didn't hurt that he was rated with Better Business Bureau, we did our homework this time. This office was not our first choice but it turned out to be the right choice. We had an appointment elsewhere and we were stood up, so we walked down the street to our second choice to make an appointment for a later date. The staff was very welcoming and asked if we could return in an hour or so, and so we did. We found Jeff Hoffman and his staff to be very helpful and comforting through the whole process. Our case is now closed but even so if we have any questions or need some assistance, Jeff Hoffman and his staff are still willing to assist. Some decisions are not easy to be made but they still need to be made. So if you happen to be reading my comments its because your at where I've been. Time to stop running you won't be dissapointed here.
I had such great experience in hiring Mr. Jeff D. Hoffman for my BK petition, when I walked into his office for first consultation with lots of questions I have in my mind and had written out, he heard my situation very patiently and he was able to determine resolution to get out crisis i was facing, his staff Linda and Veronica helped me diligently on all the paper work that was required to file my BK petition. they followed up with me on phone every time i had question. I felt Mr. Jeff and his staff excel at easy to do business with characteristics, professional conduct, have great knowledge in BK petitions. Anyone Considering hiring attorney for a similar Bankruptcy petition, I though recommend anyone reading this review, to do their home work, understand and prepare questions ahead of time before your visit. I got my discharge after 60 day waiting period and look forward to new sun that Mr. Hoffman has showed.
