Lee Rosenthal has been practicing law in Broward and Palm Beach Counties for over 28 years. He is a member of the Florida Bar’s Elder Law section, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar, and The Elder Law Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
Lee began as a certified legal intern for the Broward State Attorney, and then served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida. Subsequently he was involved as an Assistant County Attorney here in Palm Beach County. Finally, Lee was retained on contract to function as the General Counsel for the SWA of Palm Beach County, a governmental agency for over one hundred million dollars of budgeted items every fiscal year.
Lee’s academic background is also impressive. As a graduate of Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts, he graduated from the school of Management, magna cum laude, at the top of his class.
To further his business background, Lee Rosenthal also received his Series 7 stock broker’s license, his license as a financial advisor, and was qualified to register in any state. Also, having held licenses in both health insurance and life insurance, Lee understands the financial components, as well as the legal components necessary for individuals to properly preserve their financial assets.
At the beginning of the new millennium, the firm of Lee A. Rosenthal, P.A. was formed with the emphasis devoted to elder law.
Lee also remains committed to contributed time for civic activities. He has served on the cultural affairs committee for the Palm Beach County Bar, has been past President of both the Maple Isles Homeowners Association in Jupiter and the Bristol Club Homeowners Association in PGA National; Lee is also a committee member, donating his time to Alzheimer’s Community Care.
