Brian Nash is a person of unquestioned integrity and enormous dedication to the law. He is committed to getting the job done and being an effective and respected advocate for each and every client.

Mr. Nash is currently working on a number of cases, including some high-profile cases. He is part of the Clifford Law Offices' team in a lawsuit involving Girl X, a nine-year-old girl who was sexually assaulted and poisoned in a Chicago Housing Authority development. He is handling a FELA case (railroad negligence) in a derailment that occurred near Dallas, Texas, as well as a case involving a 53-year-old man who was exposed to chlorine gas poisoning in a Wisconsin motel. Also, he is part of the litigation team in a toxic spill case involving a leaking underground storage tank. He is involved in the controversial sick-building syndrome cases at a Chicago high-rise office as well as the lawsuits filed against American Airlines in the crash of Flight 1420 which skidded off the runway and crashed in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Mr. Nash was part of the Clifford Law Offices team that worked on the high-profile case involving internationally-acclaimed violinist Rachel Barton, where partner Robert Clifford obtained a $29.6 million verdict. Just three months later, he also worked on the trial of a woman who was severely injured in an accident involving a Commonwealth Edison truck. Clifford Law Offices received a $14 million verdict.

Mr. Nash started at Clifford Law Offices as a clerk, working full time while juggling a course load at night. He still found time to serve as President of the Student Chapter of the American Association for Justice at DePaul University College of Law.
