Mr. Anderson is a partner at the firm and a member of the firm’s litigation section. For the past three years, Mr. Anderson has been honored by his peers as one of the state’s top civil litigation attorneys in Utah Business Magazine’s annual Utah Legal Elite publication.

Mr. Anderson has represented large and small companies, financial institutions, developers, contractors, and physician groups. He is thoroughly familiar with the rules and procedures of Utah trial and appellate courts, and has handled many trials in the district court, as well as appeals to the Utah Court of Appeals and the Utah Supreme Court. Mr. Anderson's practice centers primarily on:

Mr. Anderson enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He has been involved in coaching youth football and baseball for many years.
