Law Firm Overview

The Law Office of Dr. Joseph L. Hoffman, P.C. is a solo law practice. We provide legal services in the area of personal injury and medical malpractice.

Since 1998, Dr. Hoffman has been admitted to plead and practice law in the court system of Georgia to include State and Superior Court in all counties, the Court of Appeals in the State of Georgia, the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Prior to practicing law Dr. Hoffman treated patients from 1979 through 1995 when he retired from private chiropractic practice. Dr. Hoffman had chiropractic offices in Ft. Lauderdale, FL., Marietta, GA., Madison, WI. and Palm Harbor, FL. He also owned and operated a thermography diagnostic business as well as a mobile videofleuroscopy business, both of which were located in Florida.

In addition to his practice of law, Dr. Hoffman has taught Ethics/Jurisprudence at Life University and he lectured nationally on risk management and sexual boundaries.

Dr. Hoffman has an extensive background in the health field to include personal training and authoring and publishing a book on health and fitness titled, The Sane Way to Health.

Dr. Hoffman currently resides in Alpharetta, GA. with his wife Connie and their two children, Travis and Amanda.
