Giles Elliott advises companies and financial institutions on an extensive range of corporate transactions including equity and equity-linked fund-raisings, M&A/takeovers, joint ventures, and investments. He co-chairs the Firm's Capital Markets Practice.

Representative transactions include advising The British Land Company on the sale of a 50 percent interest in one of the largest U.K. shopping centers; the IPO of Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation, a FTSE 100 mining company; and a number of transactions for J.F. Lehman & Company, including the acquisition of Racal Instruments Limited from Thales and the inertial products business of BAE Systems.
