Lynne Graybeal has more than 20 years experience helping clients in all aspects of trademark law, including U.S. and international trademark searching, selection and prosecution, international filing strategies, and trademark usage policies and counseling. She assists clients with trademark selection, registration and enforcement, licensing and merchandising, and sponsorship agreements.

Lynne has extensive IP transactional experience, including drafting and negotiating software license and development agreements, multimedia and Web-based content license agreements, database license agreement, content acquisition agreements, electronic subscription agreements, book publishing agreements, and confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements.

She also guides clients to maximize branding strategies, and strategies for maximizing worldwide intellectual property protection. Lynne has experience in copyright counseling and registration, domain name dispute proceedings, software and database license and development agreements, and web site and media advertising review.

Lynne's clients include companies of all sizes in the technology sector - including software, electronic information, interactive games, and medical device companies - as well as hospitals, personal care product manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies.
