Tracey Allen is a counsel in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2003.

Practice

Ms. Allen's practice focuses on internal investigations and general commercial litigation. Currently, she is assisting the firm in its representation of clients whose practices are under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice. In addition to her regular practice, Ms. Allen has worked on numerous pro bono matters.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Allen spent three years practicing general commercial litigation in Atlanta, Georgia, where she focused on intellectual property and technology disputes.
