Lawyer Overview

Charlie has over 25 years experience drafting credit agreements and other secured and unsecured debt instruments. In addition to advising clients on general corporate and securities matters, Charlie advises investment banks and hedge funds on legal issues related to the purchase and sale of loans and securities of distressed and bankrupt companies, including bank debt, notes, trade claims and accounts receivable. Charlie also advises clients on the structuring of bankruptcy-triggered puts and other hedging vehicles designed for credit default protection.
