Joren Bass, an of counsel in the firm's Litigation practice, focuses on commercial litigation. Joren has broad experience litigating matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He has a special emphasis on consumer class action litigation as well as extensive experience litigating unfair competition, antitrust and intellectual property matters. Joren is also active in pro bono litigation including the litigation securing equal marital rights for gays and lesbians in California. After graduating from law school, Joren clerked for Judge James K. Singleton, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska.
