Mr. Kunold represents both financial and strategic purchasers and sellers of businesses in a variety of industries. Most of Mr. Kunold's transactions involve privately held businesses with a value between $10 million and $1 billion, and often include international activities or affiliates in Europe, Canada or Asia.

Mr. Kunold is also Chair of the Firm's Executive Committee and in that capacity is the Chief Executive Officer (or "Managing Partner") of the Firm.
