Gayle Parkhill-Krein practices in the general corporate area, with an emphasis in transactions for clients in the health care industry. She has significant experience in the negotiation and consummation of acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other forms of affiliation transactions involving hospitals, HMOs, nursing homes, and other health care-related entities. Gayle is experienced in the formation of integrated delivery systems and with the analysis of issues commonly arising in health care transactions such as Medicare/Medicaid fraud and abuse, Stark compliance, and protection of tax-exempt status. Her experience also includes general business acquisitions, securities, and corporate finance matters, as well as international mergers, acquisitions, distribution arrangements, and other forms of direct and indirect foreign investment transactions.

She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
