In addition, Julia has experience obtaining temporary restraining orders and injunctions in state and federal court and in arbitration to enforce forum selection clauses, arbitration agreements, and nonsolicitation agreements; to obtain anti-suit and anti-anti-suit injunctive relief; and to preserve and enforce other contract and intellectual property rights. Her work using electronic discovery and computer forensics examination evidence in employment trade secret and noncompete litigation was featured in the March 2007 ABA Journal.
