Geoff Forgione's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on business and contract disputes in state and federal courts as well as binding arbitration. Geoff also has substantial experience in bankruptcy litigation. His experience includes representation of domestic and international clients.

Geoff's recent clients are among the largest corporations and governmental entities in Los Angeles, including Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, DIRECTV, the Los Angeles Unified School District, and Mattel.

Geoff devotes a significant amount of time to pro bono work, including participating in Jones Day's historic partnership with Public Counsel, the city's most venerable pro bono law firm.
