Lawyer Overview

Laurence Fassier specializes in corporate and commercial litigation, including prelitigation, enforcement procedures, claims, and risk analysis.

Laurence works on all major cases handled by the litigation practice in the Paris Office. She regularly represents and advises leading European technology, software, and biotech companies; private equity firms; and health organisations in numerous disputes, prelitigation, and litigation proceedings.

Prior to joining Jones Day, she worked at Thomas & Associés, a member of the Deloitte & Touche network since 1997, where she was in charge of the litigation practice involving all cases requiring protective measures, injunctions, enforcement proceedings, attachment, and protective seizure.

Laurence has authored many articles on class action, product liability, and legal risks created by economic activities, health law, and distribution regulation. These articles have been published in the French and international press, such as Les Echos, L'Usine Nouvelle, Le Monde, and The Financial Times, as well as in the French legal press, such as Le Magazine des Affaires.

Over the years, Laurence has held several teaching and lecturing positions at various universities in Paris.
