Raimund Brückner has extensive experience in German and international patent and trademark law having spent more than 25 years as head of the patent and license department of Didier-Werke AG in Wiesbaden, Germany, which is one of the largest internationally operating refractory companies in the world. While at Didier-Werke, Raimund was responsible for the company's strategy concerning intellectual property matters, including worldwide filing and prosecution of the numerous patents and trademarks of the Didier Group, and also for the many patent and trademark infringement suits in Germany, France, Great Britain, Spain, Sweden, and the U.S.

As a result of his broad knowledge and his training in the IP area, Raimund initiated a new type of technology at Didier-Werke for the steel industry that became known as the "Inducer®-Technology." While in charge of the Inducer® department, he was responsible for the innovation management, development, and marketing of the technology. Raimund has been designated as an inventor in several German and worldwide patents. He is fluent in English.
