Paloma began her career as an associate at Cremades & Sánchez Pintado. In March 2000, she joined AXS Telecom España S.A. to head their legal and regulatory department and a year later she took charge of the department of regulation and interconnection of FirstMark Comunicaciones España, S.A.

Paloma became an Associate at Jones Day in May 2002. She has experience advising Spanish and foreign companies on local and international telecommunications, privacy, and new technologies issues. Paloma works extensively in providing a full spectrum of services and advice to clients in relation to the establishment of telecommunications networks, preparation of public bids, corporate transactions, relations with regulatory institutions, and formulation of allegations and/or appeals with respect to norms and legislation governing the sector.
