Lawyer Overview

Tim Bratcher has experience in many types of domestic and international multicurrency lending and financial transactions, including secured and unsecured commercial loans, accounts receivable financing and factoring, equipment and synthetic leasing, aircraft financing, and loan syndications and participations.

Tim has lectured on a variety of legal topics and is a member of the faculty of the National Business Institute's commercial lending seminars. Recently, Tim was elected chairman of the board of directors of Childkind, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that recruits, trains, and supports foster parents of HIV-infected and other medically fragile children.

Tim was admitted to practice law in 1996 in Kentucky and in 2001 in California but is now inactive in those states. Currently, he is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
