Lawyer Overview

Since joining Jones Day, Heather has focused her practice in the areas of product liability, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage. Her experience includes involvement in proceedings in multiple forums and jurisdictions, both state and federal.

Heather personally handles suits brought against one of the three major credit bureaus. She has managed discovery and negotiated favorable settlements for many of these claims. Recently she also handled all phases of discovery in a complicated, multidefendant product liability case. In addition, she has extensive experience in factual and legal research.

Heather serves the wider community by representing low-income clients who seek to obtain protection from abuse orders in the Pittsburgh area.

Heather is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
