Eric is a member of the firm's Real Estate Group.  He was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 1999 and the State of Michigan in 2000.  Eric's practice primarily focuses on representing developers, investors and managers in real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, disposition and tax-deferred exchange of commercial, industrial and residential properties.  Prior to joining Jaffe, Eric worked for two years as in-house counsel with a Michigan-based real estate management and development company.  He also spent approximately four years with a law firm in Troy, Michigan concentrating his practice on business transactions, business planning and estate planning.
