Prior to moving home to Nebraska in 2006, Dave spent a decade in Washington, DC learning how best to assist innovators in protecting and leveraging their ideas. He has worked with entrepreneurs, start-ups and established companies to prepare and prosecute domestic and international patent applications in a wide range of technical fields, including biotechnology, medical devices, software and web technologies and the chemical and mechanical arts.

Dave's experience provides him a unique perspective on intellectual property protection and patent practice. His innovation consulting services tightly fit the needs of start-up and early stage organizations interested in building an effective patent portfolio that complements and supports strategic innovation efforts.
