Constance Schwindt is a partner in the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo.  Ms. Schwindt advises school districts, community colleges, county offices of education and special districts in the areas of school facilities, land use and management, public works and real property law. She specializes in transactional matters, including joint-use agreements, leases, licenses, easements, lease-leaseback, design-build and traditional school facility construction, school site and property acquisition, disposition of surplus property, assessment of school facilities fees, school fee mitigation agreements, and Civic Center Act matters. 

Ms. Schwindt earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law.
