Sean M. Fredricks was born in Dickinson, North Dakota, and grew up in Jamestown, North Dakota. He graduated from North Dakota State University, with honors, with a B.A. in English. He was an All-American and an Academic All-American football player while at NDSU. Mr. Fredricks graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law, with distinction. He practiced real estate and construction litigation in Minneapolis for three years before joining Ohnstad Twichell. He is a member of the Cass County and Clay County Bar Associations, the State Bar Associations of North Dakota and Minnesota, and the North Dakota Trial Lawyers Association. He practices water law and commercial and construction litigation.
