Lawyer Overview

Mr. Powell's practice currently includes construction and surety litigation and defense of personal injury claims.

Prior to joining Cetrulo & Capone, Mr. Powell worked as an associate at a large Boston law firm where he practiced in the areas of general commercial litigation, complex tort litigation, employment lawsuits, premises liability and landlord and tenant disputes.  He defended personal injury and wrongful death toxic tort claims brought in more than fifteen states.  Mr. Powell also was engaged in the management of legislative and public affairs issues and served as a registered lobbyist for a national industry trade group.  Mr. Powell was a paralegal and law clerk in the Public Corruption Unit of the United States Attorney's Office in Boston from 1994 to 1998.
