Greg's practice focuses on Construction, Condominium and Commercial Litigation. He represents public and private developers, owners, and contractors, in contract, construction defect, warranty, lien, delay, real estate, product, mold and other toxic tort claims and provides clients with risk management, contract drafting and negotiation. Greg has successfully litigated, arbitrated, tried and mediated numerous multi-million dollar disputes. Prior to the law, Greg spent two decades as a contractor.
Greg is also involved with real estate and construction related legislative efforts.
