Nick How has more than 10 years of experience advising financial institutions, investment funds, corporate borrowers, and sponsors on a broad range of financing matters on a cross-border basis, including acquisition finance, property finance, financings for leveraged and secondary buyouts, recapitalizations, and IPOs. He also advises on restructurings, trade and export credit finance, project finance, and OTC derivatives. Nick has acted on a number of significant LBO restructurings and debt workouts.
Most recently, Nick advised Altimo on debt aspects of its $23.8 billion joint restructuring transaction with Telenor with respect to VimpelCom and Kyivstar and Eldorado Group in its debt restructuring with PPF Group. He also has acted in the acquisition financings for the Pokrovsky Hills and the Pushkino Logistics Park projects.
Some key clients that Nick has represented include AIG, Alfa Group, Barclays Capital, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, and Goldman Sachs.
Nick is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law, the Law Society of Singapore, and the Law Society of England & Wales.
