Lawyer Overview

Jessie Harris is a Member in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner. As a trial lawyer, he concentrates his practice on civil litigation related to product liability, bodily injury, employment and discrimination, insurance and commercial issues. Mr. Harris' litigation experience includes numerous jury trials, arbitrations and mediations.  He was named to the Rising Stars list by Washington Law & Politics magazine from 2001 to 2004, and again in 2008 and 2009.

Mr. Harris represents commercial clients in contract disputes and cases involving breach of warranties, misrepresentation and claims arising under Washington's Consumer Protection Act. As part of Mr. Harris' employment practice, he conducts personnel investigations and represents clients in lawsuits alleging wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and discrimination based on race, gender, disability and age. His insurance practice focuses on insurance coverage and general tort defense litigation. Mr. Harris also represents municipal corporations including, school districts, cities and towns in a wide range of litigation matters.
