Dustin Christner's practice is concentrated on complex civil litigation. He has experience defending medical malpractice, nursing home/elder abuse and construction defects. Many of these cases involve large document production against aggressive, well-financed plaintiff's counsel.
Dustin has represented hospitals, nurses, nursing homes, cardiologists, obstetricians, rheumatologists and other healthcare providers throughout Arizona. His representation has involved a wide variety of medical care issues ranging from wrongful birth to surgical complications.
In his construction practice, Dustin represents general contractors and subcontractors against claims that include breach of contract, nonconformance with specifications, consumer fraud and breach of warranty.
