David A. Sirna is a litigator at K & H. David handles a wide variety of business litigation in the areas of accountant liability, business torts, contract, copyright and trademark protection, corporate governance, employment discrimination and trade secrets.

David graduated from the University of Michigan Magna Cum Laude with an honors B.A. in History and American Studies in 1998. David is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi and Golden Key honor societies. He then earned his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin.

While in law school, Mr. Sirna served as the Chief Solicitations and Publications Editor for the Texas Review of Entertainment & Sports Law.
