Mr. Whitney has more than thirty years of experience practicing law with law firms in New York City.  His work has been concentrated in trusts and estates, wills and other areas of estate planning and administration and has also included real estate transactions, commercial leases, litigation in the Surrogate's Courts, and formation of business entities such as corporations and limited liability companies.  In his new location, Mr. Whitney will continue to bring his many years of experience to the practice of  law.

The law firm of Richard A. Whitney was founded by Mr. Whitney in 2002.  It is conveniently located at 525 Northern Boulevard in Great Neck, New York, about one-quarter mile east of the intersection of Lakeville Road and Northern Boulevard, next door to Leonard's catering establishment.  The firm is an office suite with all the modern technology needed to run an efficient law practice.
