The firm was established in 2002 by Jonathan G. Chance. Jonathan has previous experience working for some of the nation’s premier law firms. He has successfully integrated his large firm knowledge into a private practice that allows him to provide the accessibility and personal attention that are hallmarks of a smaller firm.

Jonathan Chance has nearly 15 years of legal experience,and is a member of the California, Tennessee and Indiana State Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
