Lawyer Overview

Lillian Claire Henry was born in Lafayette, Louisiana in 1975.  She graduated cum laude from Princeton University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.  In 2000, she graduated from Stanford Law School and was admitted to the California Bar.

Ms. Henry is a senior litigation associate with extensive trial preparation, deposition and trial experience.  Her practice includes a broad range of complex business matters, including contract disputes, patent and copyright infringement cases, and entertainment litigation.  She also has experience in the areas of hospitality, and trusts and estates litigation.  Ms. Henry's recent practice victories include second-chairing the successful defense of a trustee in a six-week trial of a $25 million surcharge case, winning a petition for reimbursement of nearly $5 million in attorneys' fees and negotiating settlement of an inter-family copyright infringement dispute over use of video footage of a deceased celebrity.

Ms. Henry has been admitted to practice in the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California and the Federal Circuit.  She is also a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
