Practice

Mr. Baldwin's intellectual property litigation practice has focused on patent infringement disputes in the electronic arts at the trial and appellate levels. He has litigation experience with technologies including handwriting recognition systems, interactive program guides and integrated circuits. He also has experience in the areas of employment disputes and Indian sovereign immunity law.
