Lawyer Overview

Ms. Reblin focuses her practice on a variety of employee benefits matters. She works with qualified retirement plans, including 401(k) plans and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs); and on health and welfare issues, such as HIPAA compliance, cafeteria plans and health savings accounts. She counsels clients on IRS and DOL compliance matters, including voluntary correction programs and determination letter filings.

Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Ms. Reblin practiced employee benefits law in Cincinnati, Ohio. She also held a Federal Judicial Externship for the United States District Court in the Western District of Texas.

Ms. Reblin is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Sport Lawyers Association.
