Julie Singer concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation and has experience representing clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including general business tort litigation and contract actions. Ms. Singer has represented developers and contractors in construction disputes and disputes with purchasers over the development of Florida real estate.

Ms. Singer has successfully represented clients throughout state and federal courts in Florida at both the trial and appellate levels, including class action litigation, federal securities litigation, real estate disputes, wrongful death actions and intellectual property litigation. She has significant experience in claims involving trade secrets, the Lanham Act and other tort litigation, such as tortious interference and fraud claims. Ms. Singer also has considerable experience in removal proceedings in federal court.

Ms. Singer is a member of the American, Florida and Orange County Bar Associations.
