Lawyer Overview

Bill Holyoak is a shareholder in the Corporate and Tax department. He concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities and advising growing businesses, particularly high-tech and health and life sciences companies. Bill has successfully represented numerous Utah companies and entrepreneurs in strategic and financial acquisitions and in raising money from venture capitalists and other investors. He is the editor of the Utah Bar Journal.
