Christopher Milligan is an associate in the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Mr. Milligan practices primarily in the areas of employment and labor law, including wage and hour law, as well as construction and general business law.

Mr. Milligan earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History from the University of California, San Diego in 1996 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California in 2000.

Mr. Milligan was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2000 and is also a member of the Los Angeles County and American Bar Associations along with the Defense Research Institute.

Mr. Milligan was a Senior Articles Editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal . Mr. Milligan's article, titled, "Facial Recognition Technology, Video Surveillance and Privacy," was published in the Law Journal in 1999.
