Julie Murphy Clinton is a counsel in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2002.

Practice

Ms. Murphy Clinton represents management clients in general labor and employment matters in state and federal court proceedings, as well as before administrative agencies such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board and the Department of Employment and Training. Ms. Murphy Clinton also assists clients in drafting employment agreements, handbooks and policies, and regularly provides day-to-day advice to clients on a full spectrum of employment related issues, including compliance with state and federal discrimination laws, wage and hour compliance, disciplinary actions and reductions in force. She also works with clients on traditional labor matters, including union avoidance strategies and union organizational campaigns.

Ms. Murphy Clinton is a member of the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
