Mr. Harris has over eighteen years of experience in transaction, trial, and appellate law in both state and federal courts. For the first part of his professional career, Mr. Harris served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona providing legal services and counsel to state agencies. Since joining Ramsden & Lyons in 2001, Mr. Harris's practice emphasizes a broad range of areas encompassing both civil litigation and transactional practice.

Mr. Harris has litigated a number of matters in both state and federal courts involving professional liability defense, commercial disputes, corporation and partnership disputes, personal injury defense, and worker's compensation defense. Mr. Harris has also handled a number of appeals in both state and federal courts. Mr. Harris has built up a transactional practice emphasizing business, corporate, and real estate transactions. Mr. Harris helps clients with business formation and planning issues, purchases and sales of businesses, commercial transactions, and related types of transactions.
